Mrs. Rice turns 100 years old

Fay Rice was born November 25, 1905 in Ft. Collins, Colorado.  Mrs. Rice has been an Azalea Park neighbor since 1949.  Some of the neighbors got together and organized a party to celebrate this special birthday.  Note the Hawaiian theme.
